I DESPISE outsourced customer support. I have had the luxury of calling customer support for 3 different companies today (it just happened to be a VERY bad day). Only one of those went well, mainly because I didn’t have to talk to anyone, but this is me going under the assumption that the information provided to me in their automated response was correct (and for one of the other companies, it was not). The other two pitted me against two loverly, foreign individuals with strong accents which were not only hard for me to understand, but made it difficult for them to understand me. They even (in both cases) got upset with this miscommunication and grew increasingly hostile attitudes as they continued to talk with me.
Long story short, it was NOT a good evening for me.

UGGGGGGGG our competition in San Diego, is about to outsource their art and I would imagine that is coming to our paper too.
Those who go for cheap crap are going to get cheap crap!
