“Go, use your pouty face!”

That was a direction just yelled at me (in all seriousness) by one of my bosses – to go use my “pouty face” on another one of my bosses.  It worked, but then I explained that I had been told to use the pouty face, and therefore, felt guilty.  (I firmly believe in only using the powers of the pouty face without coercion to do so)

In recent months, my niece (not even two yet) has copied my pouty face, much to the chagrin of my sister.
