It’s Wednesday, which normally isn’t a big deal, but is maybe now my favorite day of the week – I don’t know how long ago (maybe a month?), Boy got totally fed up with our Internet service and cancelled it abruptly and changed to a cable package, therefore giving us television.  It’s been odd having access to hundreds of channels, where before (and for the last two years plus), we had maybe four channels that came in and they weren’t clear when they did show up on the screen.  There isn’t that much on television, so I found myself watching things like Frasier, a quality show I suppose, but nothing fantastic – except for Wednesdays – the day in which Bravo has seen fit to grace us with two wonderful, highly entertaining shows – Project Runway and Sheer Genius.  Oh, how I love Wednesdays!!!

Yeah, but the bad part is that the cable guy is supposed to come tonight – Boy is constantly troubled by the annoying flicker of the screen and has been on the phone with them countless times in the past two weeks trying to fix it.  Well, I’m worried, because I want to be able to watch the two hours of television I actually enjoy.  Let’s hope things go well.
