After three phone calls and three different people (plus two automatic router voice things), the conversation ended this way:
Girl: I need you to change the contract ending date to April 30th, 2009.
Phone Dude: I’m confused.
Girl: Well… Stop being confused.
Phone Dude: Okay. What do you need me to do?
Girl: Change the ending date to April 30, [...]
